The Role

You will be responsible for the full 360° recruitment lifecycle within the USA Legal Market. Whether your niche is BigLaw associates, partner-level moves, or specialized in-house counsel, you’ll have the autonomy to build your desk your way.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: A solid track record in Legal Recruitment (Agency background preferred).
• USA Market Knowledge: Ideally, you have a deep understanding of the US legal landscape, including salary benchmarks, firm rankings, and jurisdictional nuances.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level legal partners and HR directors.
