Are you a Change professional who thrives on turning digital complexity into human-centric success?
We are building a dedicated Digital Business Change Team to drive the people side of ambitious technology transformations. We are not just upgrading systems; we are reimagining how our people work, connect, and deliver value across the business.
We are currently seeking talent for three pivotal roles:
1. Portfolio Change Lead
You will operate at the highest level, designing the integrated digital change plans across our entire portfolio. Your mission is to craft the strategic narrative by connecting the dots between multiple projects to show the cumulative value of our digital evolution. You will manage change saturation and ensure our leadership has a clear roadmap for adoption.
2. Digital Business Change Manager
You are the bridge between technology and people. You will focus on preparing, supporting, and equipping teams to adopt new processes and systems. From conducting impact assessments to partnering with HR on organizational design, you will be hands-on in ensuring that technology is not just delivered, but truly used.
3. Digital Business Change Analyst
Supporting our Lead Change Managers, you will be the engine room of our change plans. You will map user journeys, design change experiences, and track readiness. This is a role for someone who loves the detail of transformation and wants to see the direct impact of their work on day-to-day operations.
Who You Are
- A People Champion: You understand that Digital Transformation is actually People Transformation.
- A Methodical Thinker: Experience with Change frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR is highly valued.
- A Strong Communicator: You can translate technical jargon into a compelling story that resonates with everyone from the boardroom to the front line.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable leading strategy one hour and being hands-on the next.
